• I charge a consultancy fee, for my design ideas and my time
• However, as a consultant, I don’t make a profit on materials and labour – all these are charged directly to you
• I ask you to sign a formal agreement before we start work - it makes sense for both of us
• Any changes - to the brief or the costs - will always be confirmed in writing
