To update and completely furnish this seaside flat, to appeal to holiday makers and corporate renters, ready for the lucrative holiday letting market in Brighton.

The Solution

Robust, modern and cost effective new kitchen and bathroom sourced and fitted.  Décor was kept neutral and practical furniture was bought from a well known, value retailer.  Drawing inspiration from the colours of the sea and sky, soft furnishings and accessories where chosen in a palette of blues and sea greens to create a calm, welcoming space to appeal to all.

To keep the flat from looking bland, a collection of original and local art hangs on the walls of every room.
