The landlord of this apartment with a prestigious address in Park Road, NW1 recruited us to prepare his property for rental.
With our knowledge of the high-end property market and close links with local estate agents, we knew that likely tenants would be from overseas looking for a 6-month tenancy.
This meant making the apartment low-maintenance and practical, yet luxurious – with a feeling of space, a bathroom for each bedroom, real wood floors and a sleek kitchen. While on-trend styling would make the apartment stand out from the competition.
